Kira Stellato, PhD

I am convinced that true success is measured in the ability to sustain one's own well-being and joyfully contribute to the well-being of others.

Hello and welcome!
I am a social and health psychologist with a PhD in neuroscience and cognitive science and an unending passion for mindfulness and change. But, first and foremost, I am a person like you: with experiences that have shaped me, scars that have taught me, and an inexhaustible curiosity about life.

For the past 30 years, I have been alongside people of all ages navigating the storms of existence: stress, loss, difficult emotions. I have integrated scientific studies of Artificial Intelligence (AI), contemplative psychology, and a good dose of creativity to offer practical and profound pathways that transform pain into growth and confusion into clarity.

Today I live in the country, surrounded by greenery and adopted animals, with a big dream: to share all that I have learned to help you regain balance and connection, with yourself and the world in this time of great change. Whether it’s a class, a meditation, alongside you on an individual path of transformation, or simply in a moment of reflection together, I am here to walk alongside you.

Who I am and why I do what I do

I never believed in sharp divisions. Mind and body. Science and spirituality. Human and artificial. The world is made of connections, entanglements, dialogues between opposites that are only seemingly irreconcilable.

I am a social and health psychologist, neuroscientist, mindfulness teacher, expert in narrative medicine and storytelling, and explorer of the future of artificial intelligence. But first and foremost, I am a curious and free mind, convinced that knowledge should not be compartmentalized, but interwoven, integrated and transformed.

For over 30 years I have worked with those going through change, loss, end of life, personal and collective transformation. I have taught at universities, written books, guided pathways to mindfulness and resilience. I have listened to stories, created tools, accompanied people to understand themselves and the changing world.

Today I bring all this into my research on artificial intelligence and its intersection with the human mind. I think AI can be an amplifier of consciousness or a risk of alienation. It depends on how we use it and how we prepare for it. And that’s what my work is all about: helping people develop critical thinking, awareness, and tools to navigate the present and the future without getting lost.

My approach and services offered

My integrated approach combines the soundness of science with the depth of contemplative practice. Through mindfulness, I help people develop greater awareness of the present moment, facilitating a deeper connection with themselves and others.

I offer a range of services designed to meet different needs:

  • Individual counseling: Personalized pathways to address personal challenges, manage stress and promote emotional well-being.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Thematic sessions on mindfulness, resilience, emotion management, and integrating AI into daily life.
  • Training for Professionals: Programs dedicated to psychologists, educators and health professionals who wish to integrate mindfulness and new technologies into their work.
  • Online Resources: Articles, podcasts and guided meditations available for those who wish to explore these topics on their own.

Why choose to work together

My 30 years of experience has taught me that each person is unique and deserves a tailored approach. Working together, you will benefit from empathetic and competent coaching geared to facilitate your personal and professional growth.

I firmly believe in the power of community and sharing experiences. Therefore, in addition to individual work, I promote practice groups and learning communities where we can support each other on the journey of growth and transformation.

A personal invitation

If you feel it is time to embark on a journey toward greater mindfulness, balance, and connection, I invite you to explore the resources available on my site and contact me to discuss how I can support you on your journey. Whether you are facing a transition, looking for tools to manage stress, or wanting to integrate mindfulness into your daily life, I am here to offer my support and expertise.

E quindi, cosa vuoi fare? Arrenderti? Nasconderti dentro al frigorifero fino al 1 gennaio?
Fare finta che il problema non esista e rimandare tutto al nuovo anno?
