During this sensitive time, I receive by appointment using all possible modalities bringing out the importance of supporting and advocating for the mental health needs of people of all ages and physical conditions: in-person at my office, via telephone, and by teleconference.
Good mental and physical balance is essential, in fact, in any time of crisis to manage anxiety and stress, support our immune system and promote our problem-solving ability, emotional intelligence, communication, lateral thinking and creativity.
These skills enable us to increase our sense of self-efficacy, be of help to our loved ones, and cope with the fatigue of change so that we can return to normal as soon as possible.
It is with this in mind that I decided to highlight a prevention and support initiative, avoiding physical travel.
As you know, I have also offered psychological counseling for years on an online teleconferencing platform accessible from any fixed or mobile device (smartphone, PC, notebook).
All transmissions are encrypted and confidential one-to-one in respect of privacy.
Connection is super simple and can be made from any device, without the need for any technological knowledge (I will provide detailed instructions if necessary).
Should you not have an adequate Internet connection, the classic telephone connection is also possible, which can still be a valuable support in times of need.
